Cook your soba noddle in a dash of soy sauce to add extra flavour – could also do with chicken or prawns!
1 tbsp. oil
3 tbsp. sesame seed
4 tbsp Soy Sauce
400g Striploin, cut into thin strips
2 spring onion, chopped
2 Cloves Garlic
1 tsp. fish sauce
3 tbsp. oyster sauce
1 tsp. rice wine vinegar
1 Chili flakes
1 tsp. smoked paprika
100g Soba Noodles, cooked as per pack instruction.

Have all of the ingredients prepared in advance because you do need to stand over this dish. Heat a large saucepan or wok. Add a little oil to the wok and add the sesame seed. Cook for 30 seconds then add the soy sauce and the beef. Allow the beef to seal off quite quickly.
Next, add in the oyster sauce, fish sauce, rice vine vinegar, garlic, and spring onion.
Cook a further minute or so and add the soda noddle – Toss to combine and add the squeeze of lime, chilli flakes and smoked paprika.
Toss again and serve immediately.
